Gunnar Nu 2 + 3 in Idrættens Hus is designed to accommodate varying meeting sizes. With space for many participants and modern facilities, it is ideal for large meetings and conferences. The room is bright, and there is easy access to open lounge areas just outside the door. You can choose different Meeting Packages, so we are ready with refreshments during the breaks.

From Brøndby you are 12 km from Copenhagen and 22 km from the airport. We have 2,500 free parking spaces and are conveniently located near the Brøndbyvester exit, which leads directly to Copenhagen or out to the rest of Zealand.

From the Gunnar Nu hall's 396m2 to the Erik Hansen meeting room's 20m2, we can comfortably accommodate all events. All of our rooms are flexibly designed so the tables can be set up to suit your needs - whether you want a cinema setup, assembled tables, group setups or something else, it is possible.

Healthy and inspiring in the heart of sports

All meeting rooms are inspiringly close to Sportens Hall of Fame, and you get healthy food served from our kitchen, which is used to nourishing hungry elite athletes from all over the world. We serve all meals of the day with greens and herbs from our own kitchen garden.

Conference room and partial screening

Gunnar Nu 2+3 is part of the overall Gunner Nu conference room. It is a partial screening of the main hall, which makes it possible to gather up to 222 people on the 252m2.

We are centrally located, close to Copenhagen and main roads out to Zealand. We have our own hotel where you can stay, and take advantage of the various facilities, such as professional training equipment, a steam bath, or the many lounges that always show LIVE sports from around the world.

Yes, all of our meeting rooms are accessible for wheelchairs and the walkways are wide.

Is it possible to relax during breaks or after a meeting?

You have the opportunity to unplug in one of our lounges around the hotel, or watch if elite athletes are training in the area.

Are different types of Meeting Rooms offered?

Yes, we have everything from small, closed group rooms to large halls and open lounge areas. We adapt the meeting room and setup to your program.

Is it possible to book a room without catering?

Yes, you can, but we always recommend that our guests order at least coffee, tea and water.

Can the Meeting Rooms be used as group rooms?

Yes, as a starting point, all rooms can be used as group rooms, it depends on the size and purpose of the event.

Is technical assistance available?

Yes, we always accompany you to the Meeting Room and ensure that you are properly connected and that the desired technical equipment works.

Can we change the break times during the day?

Yes, that is generally possible. We will review your program upon arrival and make adjustments according to your wishes.

Is there daylight in all rooms?

Yes, all of our Meeting Rooms have natural light.

Is video conferencing available?

Yes, it is possible in 8 of our rooms, including our large conference hall with space for up to 350 people.
