Are you looking for a small cozy meeting room for 5-6 participants or do you need to get the ball rolling on a bigger field? - then get in touch with us!

Our auditorium, Ragnhild Hveger, is perfect for teaching formats and lectures, while our classic meeting rooms can accommodate anything from 5 to 100+ participants. We also host conferences with up to 350 people. We have the coziest corners with common areas with open lounges, as well as sports facilities for the break or after the meeting. For larger events, we collaborate with Brøndby Hallen‍

We also have our own hotel with 66 rooms and a delicious , newly renovated restaurant, so you have the option of a complete solution when you need to communicate your content.

Ole Olsen, speedway

Down the hall to the right, you'll find the Ole Olsen meeting room - just around the bend. This meeting room is tailored for smaller groups, with space for 10 participants. Twist the throttle and greet Ole Olsen's bust on the way in, and invite your guests to a meeting here at Idrættens Hus with speed. The room is ideal for productive meetings, brainstorming sessions and team meetings in Brøndby - and just like in Speedway, where the bike has no brakes, you can unleash your imagination.

Erik Hansen, Kayak

The Erik Hansen room is shaped like his kayak; long and narrow. Here he hands you the paddle so you can navigate your meeting where you want it to go. The room is ideal for up to 10 people. It's well-appointed and isolated, so you can speak freely. It's often used for brainstorming, presentations or team meetings. We're ready on the shore with a shout-out or just some light refreshments.

Tom Bogs, Boxing

Step into the ring where you can deliver verbal uppercuts and virtual hooks. The Tom Bogs boardroom accommodates 10 participants. You can conduct your meeting in several rounds, and if you wish, we'll be ready in your corner with refreshments. This room is well-suited for board meetings, workshops, or seminars.

Lars Christiansen, Handball

Of course, the Lars Christiansen room is located down the left wing - from this position, Lars has served many ingenious throws and screwed the ball safely into the goal. The room is yours, with space for 14 people. Here you can hold your workshop. The room is spacious and bright, with state-of-the-art facilities, and during time-out you can go directly out into our cozy courtyard. Whether you are planning a creative workshop or a strategy meeting, there is room to pass the ball and choose the formation that best suits your meeting. We are ready on the sidelines with refreshments of all kinds. We can also set up in the restaurant for the 3rd half.

Extensive experience

Our staff is used to handling everything from small meetings of 2-5 people up to conferences lasting several days. This is our favorite discipline, which we practice and learn from daily.

We are ideally located near the Brøndbyvester exit from both the Southern Ring Road and the Holbæk Motorway. We offer 2,500 free parking spaces and access to public transport.

What AV equipment is available?

We offer standard AV equipment in all meeting rooms - including projector/screen, sound system and microphones. If you have special technical requirements, we are happy to help you find a solution.

Is there free parking?

Yes, there is free parking right next to Idrættens Hus. It's easy for both your participants and any presenters to get to and from.

What is included in the meeting packages?

All packages include room, standard AV equipment, Wi-Fi and full catering - such as breakfast, lunch and afternoon coffee. See details under each package.

Are vegetarian, vegan or allergy-friendly meals available?

Of course we do. We offer vegetarian, vegan and allergy-friendly alternatives. Let us know when booking and we'll make sure all participants have a great experience.

Can the meeting packages be customized to our needs?

Yes! All our meeting packages are customizable - both in terms of food, meeting room setup and program. We are happy to help you with a customized solution that reflects your business and purpose of the meeting.

Is the hotel handicap-friendly?

Yes, all of our meeting rooms are accessible for wheelchairs and the walkways are wide.

Is it possible to relax during breaks or after a meeting?

You have the opportunity to unplug in one of our lounges around the hotel, or watch if elite athletes are training in the area.

Are different types of Meeting Rooms offered?

Yes, we have everything from small, closed group rooms to large halls and open lounge areas. We adapt the meeting room and setup to your program.

Is it possible to book a room without catering?

Yes, you can, but we always recommend that our guests order at least coffee, tea and water.

Can the Meeting Rooms be used as group rooms?

Yes, as a starting point, all rooms can be used as group rooms, it depends on the size and purpose of the event.

Is technical assistance available?

Yes, we always accompany you to the Meeting Room and ensure that you are properly connected and that the desired technical equipment works.

Can we change the break times during the day?

Yes, that is generally possible. We will review your program upon arrival and make adjustments according to your wishes.

Is there daylight in all rooms?

Yes, all of our Meeting Rooms have natural light.

Is video conferencing available?

Yes, it is possible in 8 of our rooms, including our large conference hall with space for up to 350 people.
